this week is flying by! and spring break is coming up. today I started my day with a vegetable egg white omelette,
one of my favorite breakfasts.
last night I made an omelette and toast. in my opinion, eggs are so versatile, breakfast lunch or dinner can be used with eggs. Bryan and I also decided to whip up our own chips and guacamole.
Spring break is coming up this weekend: a great week to unwind and relax from all the school work and chaos. Hopefully this week will be filled with great running weather!
